The team that quotes your numbers on day one is the same team accountable for delivering them, year one, year five, year ten.

Properties Handed to a Third Party

We built our management company for one reason: we wanted our clients to have the same experience we were having with our own properties.

Before Jasper Advocacy was a buyer's advocacy business, it was a portfolio. We bought, renovated, furnished and ran our own properties first, and we saw for ourselves how much of an investment's real performance is decided after settlement, not before it. When we started helping other investors buy, we knew that handing over the keys and stepping back wasn't good enough. So we built the management side ourselves, and every property we source now stays with the same team all the way through.

One relationship, from day one to year ten

One relationship, from day one to year ten

An investor who buys through us doesn't meet a new manager every time the property changes hands internally. It's the same team in year one, year five and year ten, the people who know the property's history, its guests, its quirks and its numbers, because they've been there for all of it.

That continuity changes how the whole experience feels. A first-time investor can go in unsure of what to expect, cautious about handing over a six or seven-figure decision. What shifts that from uncertainty to confidence is having one accountable team beside them the entire way, not a rotating cast of contacts and a settlement letter that ends the relationship right when it should be starting.

"We manage what we buy, because we built this business managing our own properties first. We believe it takes a hands-on team to get a property delivering to its true potential, and we are not asking our clients to trust something we have not already lived."

What's covered after settlement

  • Project and trade coordination: managing renovations, furnishing and preparation ahead of listing

  • Design and styling: led in-house, ensuring the property is guest-ready and positioned to perform

  • Housekeeping operations: coordinated for consistent guest turnover and presentation standards

  • Property management administration: ongoing admin, compliance and reporting, handled in-house, not outsourced

Camrise Drive in Cambridge and George Street in Granton were both purchased, furnished and listed within weeks of settlement, and are now operating live on Airbnb under our in-house management, with real revenue, occupancy and guest performance tracked from day one, not estimated after the fact. That is the standard we hold every property to, because it is the same standard we built running our own.

Buying an investment property should feel like the start of something, not a transaction that leaves an investor to figure the rest out alone. Renovations, styling decisions, listing setup, the first few months of guest turnover, all of it comes with questions, and we would rather an investor ask us those questions than guess at the answers.

That is what in-house management is actually for. Not a point of difference to mention in passing, but the reason an investor can go from a first purchase to a ten-year portfolio with the same team beside them the entire time, feeling guided at every stage instead of handed a set of keys and left to work it out.
